Terms of use

Mikado EAN Scan is a helper tool for preparing a Mikado product basket in the B2B system.

  1. The application is intended for scanning EAN codes, manually finding products, and preparing a product list for a B2B basket.
  2. Sending the list to B2B creates or updates a basket in the user account under the selected name. It does not automatically place an order.
  3. The user is responsible for checking selected products, quantities, and the basket name before continuing in B2B.
  4. Copying the application, automated downloading of product data, bulk catalog extraction, or use outside the authorized sales process is prohibited.
  5. B2B credentials are sent only to log in and create the basket. If remembering credentials is enabled, they are stored only locally in the user browser.
  6. The app may use analytics tools only after the user gives consent. Details are described in the Mikado privacy policy.
  7. After sending a basket to B2B, the app may store the B2B login/email, selected language, basket name, and basic upload details in a local operational log.
  8. Mikado may limit or block access in case of excessive requests, attempts to bypass protections, or misuse of the tool.
